Fashion Forward September

This month we’re celebrating New York fashion week. But while they’ll be showing the latest fashions for spring 2020, September 23rd is the first day of autumn! We’ll be taking a look at some trends from past and present fall seasons.

Upon some research we were excited to see that feathers were a reoccurring motif for this years’ fall season. We’ve been exploring this timeless trend and experimenting with ways in which we can implement it into some new furniture designs. Our Plumule Mirror is one of our most striking custom home decor pieces. This round wall mirror features a looking glass bordered by gold/bronze coque tail feathers. Just like the neckline in this stunning Valentino couture dress, feather accents will always stand out in the best way.

Coming down the runway next is our En Pointe Console table in blue. A modern design with a boho chic accent. The top and bottom shelves are lined with handmade woven raffias and paper creating what looks like denim patchwork. Just as we see in this t-shirt dress by Jen Kao, the bohemian style is in and chicer than ever.

And now for the finally of the show we have our unique black and blue Hollywood Chairs that pair nicely with this two toned Carolina Herrera silk taffeta gown. The chair is a classic mid-century design that features a modern day idea, and like this gown, shows the dark and light sides of beauty.
