Garden Soiree May
Spring has officially sprung in May. Whether your lounging on the lawn in a city park or swinging in a hammock in your back yard, it’s hard to miss the lush green of the grass and pops of color from the tulips and daffodils. This month we’re bringing that refreshing feeling indoors with these four pieces that will lighten and brighten. Inspired by the floral patterns in these Osborne and Little fabrics, each piece will keep the spirit of May alive all through out the year.
If you’re looking for a subtle way to add a color pop to your space, our Butterfly Kaleidoscope Pillows will for sure do the trick. They are hand sewn in Osborne and Little’s Tulipan fabric that feature an illustrated pattern of black and white butterflies and vibrantly colored-in flowers. The pair of pillows are also complimented by the golden velvet fabric on the back.
Next, accented in the same Osborne and Little fabric are our Ginger Poof Stools. These donut shaped stools have two layers of feather and down cushioning. They are sturdy enough to sit on and to rest your feet upon after a long day. We added a hint of luxury on the top with a forest green velvet from Kravet Couture.
Our designer Jhon Ortiz recently found this pair of Modern Provincial Nightstands. This vintage find was lacquered and refinished in a yellow/green color. The table has two doors that open into a wooden shelving unit for storage. Also hidden within the design is a shallow drawer above the doors; a secret hiding place for various knick knacks.
Our last feature for May is our Large Olson Sofa. This sleek modern design features three loose cushions and a tall back creating a cozy hideaway feel. With it are our Dream Pillows with Osborne and Little’s velvet Torcello fabric. The off-white sofa works as the perfect canvas for adding those pops of color accent pieces.
